Welcome to CARLUX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any services provided by CARLUX, a premium mobile detailing service operated solely by Chris Argueta.
1. Overview
This website is operated by CARLUX. Throughout the site, “I”, “me”, or “my” refer to CARLUX and Chris Argueta. By using this site or booking services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this site or my services.
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services following changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Services
CARLUX provides mobile vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to interior/exterior cleaning, polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating. The scope of services for each appointment is confirmed during booking and upon arrival.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance. Booking confirmation will be sent directly via text, email, or call.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted Methods: CARLUX accepts cash, debit, and credit cards.
Payment Timing: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please contact me directly to resolve the issue.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location suitable for detailing.
Remove all personal items before service. CARLUX is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
If required, provide access to electricity or water.
Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., pet hair, mold, heavy stains) may be subject to additional charges.
6. Pricing & Adjustments
Service prices may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. Final pricing will be confirmed on-site after inspection. Any additional services required will be communicated and approved before starting.
7. Service Limitations
CARLUX makes every effort to achieve the highest quality results but does not guarantee full removal of deep stains, odors, or defects such as etched clear coat or scratches beyond correction depth.
8. Liability
CARLUX is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
Damage caused by faulty vehicle components (e.g., trim, seals)
Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions
9. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the contact form or during communication is governed by the CARLUX Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications to Services
I reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue any service at any time. Pricing and service offerings may also change without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any services provided by CARLUX shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
